課程摘要
禪修時出現光明、喜悅或身心輕安，應該如何理解？
本堂《攝阿毗達磨義論》課程從名色分析與緣起觀照談起，介紹道非道智見清淨、行道智見清淨，以及種姓心、道心、果心與審查智等概念。我們學習把特殊經驗放回修學次第中理解，避免因一時的感受而誤判修行成果。
課程也以日常譬喻說明緣與緣生法的關係，並提醒我們分清傳統論書的說明與現代科學解釋，在尊重不同佛教傳統的基礎上持續學習。

2. 三相的觀照：認識諸行的無常、苦與無我。
3. 道非道智見清淨：辨識修觀方向，避免執取特殊經驗。

Light and Joy in Meditation: How Should We Discern Them?
How should we understand light, joy, or tranquillity experienced during meditation?
This session of A Compendium of Abhidhamma explores the analysis of mentality and materiality, conditionality, and stages of insight. Topics include discerning what is path and not-path, change-of-lineage consciousness, path and fruition consciousness, and reviewing knowledge.
The class encourages careful discernment. Unusual experiences should be understood within their textual and practice context, rather than taken on their own as proof of realization. This session is intended for learners with some Buddhist background who wish to study Abhidhamma systematically.
