First stop of the lecture tour: Sungai Siput Buddhist Association
Topic: How Do We Know Whether Our Repentance Is Effective?
This was my first time delivering a talk in Cantonese. I spoke fluently without stumbling, and the translation of technical Buddhist terms went smoothly without any mental blocks. Members from the nearby New Salak Buddhist Association also came to participate, and the audience interaction was very lively.
After the talk, three more Buddhist disciples took refuge — a truly joyful and encouraging outcome.

Second Stop of the Dharma Propagation Tour – Kuala Kangsar Buddhist Association
This evening, a total of four Buddhist organizations from the Kuala Kangsar district—the Kuala Kangsar Buddhist Association and etc—were present at Venerable Kaixin’s Dharma talk hosted by the Kuala Kangsar Buddhist Association.
Combining both online and onsite participation, the turnout indicates that the promotion and publicity for this session were effective.

Sepetang is not only known for its fishing port but also for its many temples. Among them, the most distinctive feature is the combination of Indian deities with Chinese gods and Buddhas, as shown in the photo above. Above the Indian deity, one can even see the Chinese blessing “Smooth sailing.”
When fishermen head out to sea, their prayers for safety are not directed only to Mazu; they may also pray to Xuantian Shangdi and other deities. Faxian Gong Temple is the largest temple in the area.

Dharma Propagation Tour – Fourth Stop: Nibong Tebal Buddhist Association
Topic: Aspiring for Rebirth in the Pure Land — the Key Lies in Faith, Vows, and Practice
Most of the audience were teachers. When teachers become students, the one giving the talk is truly the most blessed — there is no need for classroom management at all. The teachers’ sutra reading was not only fluent and smooth, but their pronunciation was also exceptionally clear and precise, with z, zh, c, and ch distinctly articulated.
