Z时代是数码化的成长，和社媒共生的年代。他们学习、交友、娱乐都不离演算法。
他们同吋拥有很强的觉察与反思能力，已经发现他们的苦集谛，被演算法绑架，戒定慧也不断在退步。他们失去了我们年代应有的空间和缓慢。
课堂中，大家也一起思考一些方案，至于他们未来会不会真正去实践、去落实，就留待时间来证明了。
I was invited to give a talk at the Universiti Putra Malaysia Buddhist Society, and I felt deeply moved seeing these students choosing Buddhism as their refuge.
Generation Z is growing up in a fully digital age, living side by side with social media. Their learning, friendships, and entertainment are all closely shaped by algorithms.
At the same time, they possess a strong sense of awareness and reflection. Many have already begun to recognize their own suffering and its causes — how their minds are being hijacked by algorithms, and how morality, concentration, and wisdom are gradually declining. They are also losing something that our generation once had: space, slowness, and quietness in life.
During the session, we explored several possible ways forward together. As for whether they will truly put these ideas into practice, only time will tell.
