我要学习静坐，疏解压力
正式开始静坐基础班前，师父鼓励学生从【静坐入门】课程开始，先培养正念，剔除一些陈旧的思想或邪念，能更好的体会静坐的好处。目前，静坐班是用zoom上课，师父会在线上指导，大家各自在家找个安静的地方上课和静坐。
